Tim Tadder shared an incredible photography post on his Behance profile titled “Portraits in Color. The composition and colors are just fantastic. They are part of the Glowing color, a series of images exploring light. shadow, shape and tone. The models are @Guetcha, @alenciajanae and @yoeilwilliam. The hair and makeup was majestically done by @ nataliebohlin.

While I fell in love with image making as a teen in my father’s darkroom, it was something I learned playing college football that really propelled my career. Hard work yields amazing results – as in the harder I worked towards my goals the more amazing the accomplishments. It’s a simple mantra, the harder I work, the luckier I get.  – Tim Tadder

Tim is a photographer from Encinitas, California. He has an incredible portfolio of work for clients like Nike, Under Armour, Adidas, Gillette, Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Coors Light, NFL, Bud Light and many more incredible names. For more information make sure to check out: https://www.timtadder.com/

Part of the Daily Design Inspiration series that started it all on Abduzeedo. This is where you’ll find the most interesting things/finds/work curated by one of us to simply inspire your day. Furthermore, it’s an opportunity to feature work from more designers, photographers, and artists in general that we haven’t had the chance to write or feature about in the past.

For this Daily we are selecting in photography, packaging, graphic design and more. Our goal is to diversify the types of work and in the future we can perhaps categorize them in different sections. For now we are going to stick to the simple format of images and links. I hope you enjoy and share with use via Twitter or our Tumblr.

Until further notice, we’ll display the images and the titles added to them. Because of little issues we had in the past, the images are still linked to their authors, we just won’t mentioned who shared them like we used to.

As you can see from the digital art collection below, his work is simply awesome with subjects ranging from epic Nile battles to awesome Sci-fi concepts. molistudio ™ is a studio based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, they have cooked up an illustration series about tennis. Simple as that, with the recent worldwide news we all heard of in the field of tennis, I thought it would be cool to have a little close-up to this sport and somehow appreciate all the little details. Obviously, the colours aren’t maybe all represented on the actual field, but it’s fashionable to share a different palette. What do you think?

Brand Identity for March, Simple and Long-lasting

Brand Identity for March, Simple and Long-lasting

Dieter Rams taught us that good design is “long-lasting” with his 10 Principles of Good Design. It’s for me a sometimes, almost forgotten principle in the age of the internet. Everything has become so ephemeral with new trends popping up and people following immediately. The information as we all know has been commoditized, so everyone has instant access, it’s the inevitable result of progress and I would never complain about it. So from time to time, I like to post some design projects published or shared a few years ago. That’s the case of the brand identity project that Zivan Rosic published in 2015. It’s been just three years, but if we think 2015 seems like an eternity, this project illustrates Dieter’s principle of good design magnificently well. You, probably, would not have guessed it was from three years ago, would you?

Motion design and animations have a significant role in today’s app and web design. They can drive user attention to a specific part of the UI and help designers to reduce the amount of information needed to make the interface more intuitive. In some cases, animations are a differentiator, adding professionalism, finesses and polish to a website or app making them feel natural. For this post, I would love to share the work that Cuberto has done on motion design and animation.
