After posting a series of hints to its Instagram Stories during the Super Bowl, Hulu finally disclosed the duo’s one-minute video to spotlight mental health that went live on the television network.
The PSA reads, “Hi, I’m the world_record_egg (you may have heard of me). Recently I’ve started to crack. The pressure of social media is getting to me. If you’re struggling too, talk to someone. We got this. MentalHealthAmerica.net #talkingegg.”
Even though this might not have been what eager social media users were expecting, many have given the partnership the thumbs-up for doing something positive together, instead of merely making it a regular product endorsement.

Just watched the #worldrecordegg reveal. I’m between sort of let down and very satisfied that they did something positive with it….

I don’t know what I was eggspecting #worldrecordegg #MentalHealthAwareness but I’m glad that they used their platform for good. As someone who struggles with mental health every day this is a message I needed. #OCD #anxiety #mentalhealth pic.twitter.com/z5ExFyjRei

We’d like to thank #TalkingEgg for shining a limelight on #mentalhealth tonight with an important message. Not everyone chooses to #fightintheopen for mental health, but you did for the 1 in 5 Americans living with a mental health condition. Thank you, #EggGang! 💚🥚 pic.twitter.com/9KPlXG5re4
